This document gives instructions on how to set up Microsoft Outlook to send and recieve emails from your account with us. You should have recieved details of your address, username, password and servernames. In this example we will use the following:

Incoming (POP3) Server:
Outgoing (SMTP) Server:
Password: ****

Select 'Email Accounts' from the 'Tools' menu. Select 'Add a new e-mail account'

Click 'Next' select the type as 'POP3'

Enter the details as shown below, remember to use the details you've been given instead of the example details used below.

Click the 'More Settings' button. Tick the box for 'My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication'.

Click OK, Then Next, Then Finish.
